How model usage works

AI agents use models when they read, reason, write, search, summarise, or call tools. Spuutr helps route work to the right model for the job. Routine work can use cheaper models. High-judgment work can use premium models.

Bring your own keys (BYOK)

Attach your own API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or any supported provider. Route different agents to different models. Provider charges appear in your provider account: Spuutr does not mark up BYOK model usage and never stores your keys in plaintext.

Included model allowance

Starter and Business plans include a monthly token allowance for model usage. If your usage exceeds the allowance, your agents fall back to your BYOK provider keys. You control the routing and the budget.

Beta terms

Beta pricing is subject to change as we finalise the product. Early beta participants lock in their plan pricing for 12 months after general launch. During beta:

  • Onboarding is guided and limited to ensure quality
  • Product features may change based on feedback
  • Uptime and support are best-effort (we're a small team)
  • You can cancel anytime with full memory export

What does "managed" include exactly?

Hosting, orchestration, memory setup, channel configuration, agent updates, model routing, guardrails, and recovery patterns. You focus on your work.

Can I bring my own API keys?

Yes. Attach keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or any supported provider. Route different agents to different models. Spuutr does not mark up BYOK model usage.

What happens if I exceed the included token allowance?

Your agents will use your BYOK provider keys directly. You manage your own provider billing with no Spuutr markup.

Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?

Beta participants get a 14-day onboarding period. If Spuutr doesn't fit your workflow, we'll help you export your memory and cancel with no charge.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Plans are monthly. Upgrade anytime for immediate access. Downgrade at end of billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Wise for multi-currency. Stripe for card payments. Invoicing available for annual commitments.

How is beta pricing different from launch pricing?

Beta participants lock in their plan pricing for 12 months after launch. We'll communicate any changes 30 days in advance.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your memory files are yours. Export via Git or request a full download within 30 days of cancellation.
