I'm a community builder. I create groups and communities — in my personal life through organizations and associations, and at work through communities of practice and centers of excellence — where vibrant conversation and sharing can happen. What drives me is watching them become self-propelled flywheels — thriving on their own, evolving without me. That's where the real joy is.

  1. Associate Director, LLM Architecture, Center for Advanced AI

    Accenture · Jun 2026 to present
    • Designing frictionless, AI-first software delivery lifecycles (SDLC).
    • Building AI FinOps capability, including tokenomics: bringing model and token spend into one view, apportioned to business units and weighed against the value it creates.
    • Shaping AI-first approaches to data modernisation, moving data from established warehouses into modernised data lakes.

  2. Founder

    Spuutr · Aug 2021 to present · currently parked

    Started in 2021 from an idea Jerzy had near the end of his time at ANZ.

    • The original idea: a swipe-to-match approach to hiring, using AI to match candidates and companies on behavioural and culture fit.
    • Built an agent factory on his own: autonomous agents, each locked to a narrow role. Currently parked.
    • Learned that distribution beats a good idea.

  3. Head of AI Delivery Enablement

    MYOB · May 2025 to Jun 2026
    • Led GenAI adoption across engineering, product, design and the wider business.
    • Built adoption of Context Engineering and Spec-Driven Development, with agentic workflow orchestration in Cursor and Claude Code.
    • Defined secure MCP patterns and prompt structures for teams using AI tools and agents.

  4. Head of Engineering

    MYOB · Sep 2021 to Dec 2025
    • Led 8 managers and 100+ technologists.
    • Worked closely with product leadership on developing products, and wrote a significant number of product proposals.
    • Helped launch MYOB's Online ANZ Tax and Compliance software.
    • Started MYOB's AI workgroup with Risk and Legal.
    • Ran MYOB's first AI Hackday, which won a company-wide Innovation Award.

  5. ANZ

    Dec 2009 to Aug 2021
    • Director, Tribe Performance Lead, Fraud, Financial Crime and Risk Technology: led a tribe of around 150 people.
    • Product Owner, Automated Credit Decisioning, across 4 squads and 5 applications.
    • Ran the Smart ATM program, which introduced world-first secure Tap and Pin EMV ATMs.
